Crazy huh?īut it comes with a catch – when Dick and Angel took possession of their historic mansion, which was built in 1886 by Count De Baglion for his wife, The Countess (who had very exacting tastes, it would seem), it had stayed in the family for generations and no one had lived there for 40 years. The chateau only cost around $700,000 to buy The chateau boasts 45 rooms, has 78 windows, is situated on an island with its own moat and is located on 12 acres of stunning parkland.
